Safety is fundamental.
Grief, anger and disagreement deserve to be heard. Violence and intimidation have no place in a space built for healing.
Against the hatred. Against the violence. Against the mistrust that comes between those who need care and those who give it.

A doctor walks into a room carrying years of learning, the weight of decisions, and the responsibility of another person's life. Underneath all of it is a human being. Someone who can feel fear. Someone who can be hurt.
With Malice is a response to the hostility directed at doctors: the easy accusation, the dehumanising headline, the threat, the raised hand. It gives that anger a voice—and a purpose.
We believe patients deserve answers, compassion and accountability. We believe doctors deserve safety, dignity and a fair hearing. Trust grows when there is room for both.
The name is sharp. The purpose is human.
A healthier relationship between medicine and society begins here.
Grief, anger and disagreement deserve to be heard. Violence and intimidation have no place in a space built for healing.
Doctors and patients share a human need: to be treated with respect. A white coat does not erase a person's vulnerability.
Honest explanations. Realistic expectations. Fair accountability. A difficult outcome deserves a careful conversation, free from a rush to judgment.
We can ask difficult questions and protect the people who care for us. These commitments belong together.
The name confronts the hostility surrounding medicine. It is a deliberate provocation: an invitation to examine the anger, assumptions and mistrust we bring into the room.
Patients deserve to be heard. Questions, complaints and concerns deserve clear answers and a fair process. Respecting those rights is part of rebuilding trust.
At the centre. Good faith scrutiny and fair investigation help everyone. Intimidation and public condemnation before the facts are understood make that work harder.
Refuse to normalise threats against healthcare workers. Ask before assuming. Share this manifesto. Bring empathy into conversations about care, online and in person.

With Malice is an initiative by Dr Mehul Ahuja—a response to the hatred, violence and mistrust directed at doctors.
Through this project, he seeks to put the humanity of healthcare workers back into the conversation, and create space for dignity, honest dialogue and trust between doctors and patients.
Its purpose is clear: doctors should be able to care without fear, and patients should be able to ask questions and be heard.
